Danielle D. Clinger, MPH is a senior public systems advisor specializing in program stabilization, operational streamlining, and funding-to-implementation alignment.

She has led federally funded program turnarounds, redesigned complex multi-track initiatives, and integrated research, evaluation, and implementation strategy across nonprofit, university, and state environments.
